She made me feel like she had my back by talking me through the access procedures and accommodating my preference of dealing with a human instead of an App or AI. Will definitely be my first choice if and when I need storage in the future.”
“Kenny, the property manager, was super helpful and just all around awesome to work with. She helped us sort out a mistake I made when I made our selection online and needed to switch to a larger unit. And the unit itself is clean and climate controlled, a nice big size, at a great rate.”

“This place has been great! Had a broken unit door at 6 AM on a Friday. My unit door was stuck open so I couldn't leave my unit. Called the support line for help and got wonderful service. She reached out to the on-site employee who was for sure asleep but ended up coming out to save the day for me. We were able to get the door down and she had a vendor fix the door in the same day!”
