Wash House Laundry is a very open and spacious laundromat that is kept very clean, tidy, and cleaner than some others. It is open 24/7 and is considered a safe place. The facility has plenty of machines available, with a wide range of washers to choose from, from 3X load to a freaking massive 12X load. There are also many dryers, including some large ones and some smaller ones, which wash and dry clothes perfectly. The attendant has a friendly, approachable, and pleasant demeanor and is very helpful to everyone. The people are described as very nice. Customers can use the DexterPay app to pay and manage their laundry quickly. However, pricing seems a bit higher than some expect, though prices are also noted as pretty standard. A minor inconvenience is that the change machine may not accept certain bills, and the detergent dispensers were not working during one visit. A significant con for some is that there are no paper towels in the restroom, which is a major turn off. Overall, it is viewed as an excellent laundromat with no problems, seriously the best around, and worth it for saving time. Some customers would use it again, though primarily as a backup or for emergencies, while others consider it their go-to place.
Clean bright environment. Very calm everybody just kind of sticks to themselves.You just do your laundry and then go the washers.All work wonderfully the dryers all work wonderfully, all of the structural things are clean.It feels like it's a sanitized environment.
