“This worker here at best wash was very nice person all I seen her is working and when anyone need help her stop and go help them with a pretty smile on her face and she was always asking if everybody need anything or was everything okey or good I will always come here when her is here her name is Candie sweet like candy hospitality is so good. I love the way that she treats the guest here. It’s an amazing feeling it just feels like I’m at home in the machines are excellent. They dry my clothes really fast and how she is with the kids here. She’s an amazing a really nice feeling whenever you walk into a laundromat and you have an amazing person like her each and every time I come all she does is just make sure I am taken care of and everything is all right just her beauty and spontaneous is an amazing feeling. I’ve never had that from nobody else when I went to a laundromat and definitely will always be here and come back.”

“I went to this place earlier today because my son's suit needed to be pressed. I knew that I was coming in at the last minute, so I offered to pay more to have them expedite the services.The young lady at the front counter Told me that I could come in right away, they could get it taken care of for me. Since I was only a mile away, I got there about five minutes. Not only did they immediately press my son's suit, they didn't even charge me extra for it. The lady at the front counter was excellent. I will definitely be giving them all of my business. Five stars all the way.”

“This is the best laundromat! I even have laundry machines at home and still take loads here some time because their machines are so much more efficient than my home machine. Paul, the owner has a lot of pride of ownership in his business and keeps the machines really well maintained. He is also very friendly and trustworthy. I didn’t know him before becoming his customer, but he has quickly become a friendly familiar smile. It is more affordable than the competition and the dryers dry faster. Plus I feel much safer at this laundromat than others as well. If you want your clothes to actually get clean, and value customer service and fair prices, I say take your laundry here!”

Employee's are pleasant to be around and are always cleaning. They have yummy snacks while you are there but also Gates BBQ is just a walk away. ATM is close by but NO ATM on site.”
“My go to place. Close to home, just $7-$8 by Uber. Very clean, the attendant is a sweet elderly lady who is always cleaning, she's got more energy then a lot of younger people. The added plus is that its about a block from Dollar General, perfect if you need detergent, softner, need to check off some stuff from your shopping list or just want to kill some time while the clothes dry. Gasoline station is right there too. Very convenient and different sized washing machines is def a plus!”

“They are so nice. It cost me $1.25 a load to dry. I am good with that. Two loads were only 75¢. The washer at my son's wasn't spinning out good so only needed the dryers this time.
But Heck I'm thinking it's cheaper or comparable at least to what it takes for me to do at home in a quarter of the time. Time is money. Especially in hotter months. I don't need that danged dryer going all day.”

“I had a bridesmaid dress that I was ready to sell cleaned at Ida's. Usually, I go to another dry cleaner, but opted for Ida's because they were able to have the item ready two days earlier. The dress was ready when I arrived and they did a great job, but the cost was nearly double what I've paid in the past for cleaning on formal dresses - granted I didn't ask when I dropped it off as I never anticipated it'd be so high. I will probably stick with what I know next time, but if you're in a time crunch and money is not a problem, this place will get the job done.”
“Lots of big washers and dryers. The vindy machines were getting stocked.So the snacks are okay pricing. The girl attendant was super helpful and very nice. The dryer starts at a quarter for 5 minutes , which is really reasonable. I don't live in that part of town , but it's a nice little jewel. I would go back just because of customer service .?”
