“The engine light showed up today on my dash. I drove it over to Alliance Auto to have them attach the code reader. The store employee was very willing to help, and I fully understood that this is just a "look/see" and who knows what's up!? Turns out that I had a P0420 code that is related to the catalytic converter system/ exhaust sensors. Once I had the code, Google and I got to work! lol! I went back in the store and purchased a container of Dura Lube and followed the instructions. I had to drive a few miles, but the solution worked to unclog certain parts I will get my car into a shop and have the full check up and fuel system cleaning, but for now, a big thank you to Alliance Auto and your awesome customer service. You saved me the unknown and the anxiety of driving the car to work. I was able to buy the cleaner right there... and it was less expensive at Advanced auto than online! The customer first attitude makes all the difference!”
