“Great experience with the team here at Blue Springs Collision Repair. I want to preface that I was rear ended and had extremely minor damages to my car and it was fully functional and drivable. I mention this so it is understood that I could have taken my car anywhere of my choosing. But after carefully reviewing local shops in my area, the reviews spoke for themselves on the quality of work this place is capable of. While quality of work is important, I firmly believe the overall experience is just as much a concern, and Blue Springs Collision made it clear to me after working on my 2025 Camry that they can do both seamlessly; they provided excellent service while delivering quality work on my vehicle, making it look the same as it did when I bought it. Joe was fantastic in quoting me, setting proper expectations on how the whole process would work and even finishing the car early with no issues or hiccups. I thank him and his team for being great at what they do and I hope this review helps others in their quest to find a trusting group of people to repair something as important as the vehicle they drive. While I hope to never be in a situation to need them again, I know where I will be returning in the event I, or someone I know does.”

“On Sunday 1/18/26 I experience some of the best customer service I’ve ever received ever / anywhere from two gentlemen name, Chris and Xavier, who assisted me with my issue. They Both were very knowledgeable, professional and personable. They both were easy to talk with, very willing to help resolve my issue.
This was my first time making a major purchase from Advance Auto Parts, but I will be back. With hope to see both those gentlemen still there whenever I return. I hope this review is seen and both gentlemen are acknowledged for their great work!
