“Great experience with the team here at Blue Springs Collision Repair. I want to preface that I was rear ended and had extremely minor damages to my car and it was fully functional and drivable. I mention this so it is understood that I could have taken my car anywhere of my choosing. But after carefully reviewing local shops in my area, the reviews spoke for themselves on the quality of work this place is capable of. While quality of work is important, I firmly believe the overall experience is just as much a concern, and Blue Springs Collision made it clear to me after working on my 2025 Camry that they can do both seamlessly; they provided excellent service while delivering quality work on my vehicle, making it look the same as it did when I bought it. Joe was fantastic in quoting me, setting proper expectations on how the whole process would work and even finishing the car early with no issues or hiccups. I thank him and his team for being great at what they do and I hope this review helps others in their quest to find a trusting group of people to repair something as important as the vehicle they drive. While I hope to never be in a situation to need them again, I know where I will be returning in the event I, or someone I know does.”

I have used Charlie’s Auto Collision Repair twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. This most recent time, I paid out of pocket for repairs to my 2012 Ford Fusion, so I needed a reasonable and appropriate price. Charlie’s gave me a fair price, got me scheduled for the following week, and completed the repair within just a few days.
Deb was especially kind and kept me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Charlie’s Auto Collision Repair to anyone looking for honest pricing, good communication, and quality auto-body work.”

“This specific O’Reillys location has had me driving out of my way for it for years now. Although the staff has changed throughout that time, this location is always staffed with dedicated workers that go beyond any other auto parts I’ve been to. They’ve always advised me the right parts, and the correct diagnostic, as such so that I’ve never needed to use any warranty I’ve received.
Christopher and William were the two who helped me today. Chris was already off the clock, but helped me out regardless until Will could take over, as to not keep me waiting. Will then helped to install my purchases/fixes I needed with a great can-do attitude in spite of how busy the store was getting slammed.

The staff went out of their way to provide me with helpful information and even recommended other local businesses that could assist me. This saved me so much time and effort researching on my own. Their willingness to help, even when they weren’t getting my business that day, really stood out to me. “My son hit a deer on his way home from work, and McCarthy Collision Center made the entire repair process incredibly easy. They arranged to have my truck towed directly from our home to the collision center, which saved us a great deal of time and stress.
The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and no time was wasted throughout the process. We received the truck back quickly, and it looked even better than it did before the accident.
Payman was exceptional to work with, always keeping me informed, answering my questions, and providing outstanding customer service. He was kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way.

“Lucas was outstanding! After a frustrating experience at the Oak Grove location, I called this store in Blue Springs to double check whether they could install a 12-volt battery in my Chevy Bolt EV. Lucas answered the phone and was incredibly helpful from the start. He immediately checked the database before I even drove out to confirm that they could install it, which gave me peace of mind.
When I arrived, Lucas was very kind, caring, and attentive. He got my battery installed quickly and efficiently, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. He also handled everything smoothly, including refunding my core charge without any issues.
The level of customer service here was completely different than what I experienced at Oak Grove O’Riley as they refused to install my battery without even checking their database. Lucas clearly takes pride in his work and made the whole process easy and stress free.
Highly recommend this location, and a big shoutout to Lucas for going above and beyond.”

“Looked all over the store for a regular old 5 gallon bucket. Not a special $16 bucket with a rope bail and bottom handle...just a plain old 5-gallon bucket. Finally found 2 in the middle of an aisle.”
“I was recommended the Blue Springs Ford Collision Center to repair some pretty bad hail damage on my car.. I got it back within a week and my car looked brand new again. Unfortunately, I ended up getting in an accident the day after getting my car back so I took it right back here for the next round of repairs. With these two accidents happening (literally) back to back, Derek & his team ended up having my car for basically a month… I could not recommend them more. Truly a stand up organization with amazing, kind, communicative and patient employees. Derek & his boss went the extra mile for me as well and I am eternally grateful. Thank you!”
