“Externally the repairs appear AWESOME. I had forgotten what it looked like! I could not tell where it had been repainted versus what was still original. I am hopeful that mechanically it is sound as well as areas I will never hopefully see.Every member of the staff went out of their way to make sure they were listening to what I was concerned about and followed through to make sure it would be addressed. I was informed at every step and they even welcomed me to stop by to see how the repairs and the process was going. “I have tow coverage through my insurance co. I let my boss know i had car problems and i was waiting for my insurance company to get a tow service to pick my car up and take it to a repair shop. And that i would be in after it was picked up.After several calls and waiting ALL day for my insurance co to provide me a tow service. I decided to call Santa Fe Tow. The dispatcher was nice and told me they would have someone out to me shortly. With in about 45min i got a text saying someone was on the way. MINUTES after that! I heard Santa Fe's tow truck pull up in the front of my house! The driver was courteous, i also met his supervisor (he brought additional loading tools) who was also courteous. They loaded my car and promptly took it to the repair shop i designated.EXCELLENT SERVICE!”

He went above and beyond to help us find a mechanic after hours. He was very personable, a pleasure to deal with and his prices were very reasonable!
