“I have tow coverage through my insurance co. I let my boss know i had car problems and i was waiting for my insurance company to get a tow service to pick my car up and take it to a repair shop. And that i would be in after it was picked up.After several calls and waiting ALL day for my insurance co to provide me a tow service. I decided to call Santa Fe Tow. The dispatcher was nice and told me they would have someone out to me shortly. With in about 45min i got a text saying someone was on the way. MINUTES after that! I heard Santa Fe's tow truck pull up in the front of my house! The driver was courteous, i also met his supervisor (he brought additional loading tools) who was also courteous. They loaded my car and promptly took it to the repair shop i designated.EXCELLENT SERVICE!”

“Great staff. Forgot 2/3 of the names of the staff I was in contact with but one of them is Courtney and she seemed to go out of her way to make sure I was taken care of, not to minimize the other friendly employees though.Also, the lobby is nice and clean.”
