“750 miles from home the transmission went out in my truck. I was given the name of Certified Transmission in Grandview. I was treated with the utmost respect, given details about what would take place if the transmission had to be replaced. I already knew it was gone and most likely could not be revived. That was confirmed with a phone. Two days later, I picked my truck up with a new transmission, and explanation of what to expect. I met and was given the name and number of the office personnel, if I had any problems. (Which, I have had none.) I am thankful for folks who take care of you and not advantage of you when you’re caught between a rock and a hard place. I was able to make my return trip to Georgia on the date scheduled. Yeah”
“Tewell’s did an amazing job on my Jeep Wrangler! I had the common “death wobble” that 4x4’s get over time and now it’s smooth as silk at highway speeds. He was also able to fix an issue with my climate control and parking break. Great people. Great work. Reasonably priced and a great value. “My hubby needed an inspection and they got him in the next morning so he could drop off his car and pick it up after work. Work was hectic so he didn’t see that they had called and left a voicemail regarding a broken break light and that the exhaust needed to be hung properly. When we called around 4:30pm, they said since they didn’t hear from him that they went ahead and fixed it!! All of that for $50 including the inspection. They took great care of us!”
