“750 miles from home the transmission went out in my truck. I was given the name of Certified Transmission in Grandview. I was treated with the utmost respect, given details about what would take place if the transmission had to be replaced. I already knew it was gone and most likely could not be revived. That was confirmed with a phone. Two days later, I picked my truck up with a new transmission, and explanation of what to expect. I met and was given the name and number of the office personnel, if I had any problems. (Which, I have had none.) I am thankful for folks who take care of you and not advantage of you when you’re caught between a rock and a hard place. I was able to make my return trip to Georgia on the date scheduled. Yeah”

“Add me to those who have expressed their praises for Adams Auto Service, thanks to (owner-operator?) Rick. My car had developed a loud noise with dragging sensation occurring on all hard right turns. Rick test drove the car, and instantly surmised what was wrong: An issue concerning the brake caliper. (He brought the part to me and explained what was wrong, pointing out the tell-tale signs. I appreciated his thoroughness in acquainting me with the problem). He quickly attended the problem and test drove the car again to confirm that it was properly fixed. It was! In the meantime, he squeezed me in for an oil change that I requested on the spot. He charged a reasonable amount, which I was happy to pay. I plan to have my car serviced in the future right here.
