“Shayla went above and beyond. O’Reillys customer service has NEVER failed me! It’s nice to have a company that customer service still matters. Hard to find these days! Thank you Shayla and OReillys!”
“We went in today around 8:30 store was busy and the young lady at the counter had her hands full with serval customers so we used the filter app to get both of our car filter. Got in line the young lady handle every very well and should be recognized for her performance as a great service that she has. Also had to borrow a screw driver she came out and ask if we got with out a issue. She's very kind and patient. Thank you”
“Kudos to the gentleman working the Belton, MO store on Memorial Day. Was looking for a rechargeable flashlight battery which theirs was slightly longer than mine. He was very knowledgeable and suggested a vape shop might carry it.”
“Life saver! Had critical battery failure in my Samsung FE20. They had my battery in stock. Dropped off phone and in 2 hours I picked it up working like a dream. Highly recommend Batteries Plus!”
“Anthony took the time to look up the part that I needed and found a store that had it in stock according to the computer. He waited on hold while dealing with other customers and just did an amazing job with customer service. At this point in the day, I had already contacted two other competitors as well as two other dealerships looking for this part. A transmission shift cable is not an expensive part and I understand people not wanting to take the time to search for it, but I was stranded. He was able to find the part and tell me where I could get it and I just wanna say my thanks. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days and it is appreciated. I will be shopping to this location in the future because he took the time.”
“I just want to send a special thank you to DJ.Alexis at O'reilly's over off homes road. This girl is the manager at this store and has gone above and beyond. Not only my expectations , but anything that I could possibly fathom as a customer , and I just wanted to give her a great big shout out. Her customer service is above and beyond. Every store should take leaf from her example! You just don't get service like that these days! Woman to woman you work harder than 10 men”
“What a great store. I was a first timer today and all of the employees went out of their way to help me out. That’s rare for an auto parts store. Way to go! My go to store.”
“Well I actually set in the truck with my sweet favorite kid (blue nose pit) but my husband said he was very pleased with the service by the employees very polite and helpful”

“Bought some windshield wipers here. The store clerk could tell I was struggling figuring it out and putting them on, and he came out and helped me. It was 0 degrees outside as well. Very kind and helpful move that went above and beyond!”

“Many thanks for supplying and helping install wipers on our Chrysler Pacifica.
Helped wifey get them prior to a trip this weekend. Weather is predicted and our original wipers were getting spotty.
And they knew special needs to install rear wiper.
Thanks again.”
