He was the fellow that helped me last time with the washer fluid issue. Today, Nathaniel took the time to try three different sets of wiper blades on my Tesla before he found the one set which was optimal. I really appreciate this kind of customer service! It is rare these days. I will be visiting this particular O'Reilly location for all of my automotive needs in the future.”

“I had taken my daughter to Kansas University for an appt and my Tahoe overheated I called O'Reilly Auto Parts on Wordall Rd in KC I explained to a young man named Courtney that I am a very short woman and I didn't think I would be tall enough to put antifreeze in by myself and he told me to cone on in and he would do it for me ... he knew who I was the minute I got there (probably cuz I am short ha ha) he was super nice, friendly and helpful. We had to wait a bit for it to cool down but he came back out and put it in. He had the greatest personality, and I appreciate that from a customer service standpoint... I called and made an appointment and they were able to see me immediately.When I arrived they knew exactly who I was, very welcoming, looked at the iPad, and assured me that they were able to fix it. The staff was AMAZING! Very customer service oriented, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed not breaking the bank either with the cost of repair, very reasonable.The even better part was that they were fast!
