I told them when and what time the stayed late to deliver it. That’s customer service right there. I hope the higher up people recognize there dedication to people and customers. Thank you ladies so very much!!!!!”

“Superb experience at this location. Went in late in the evening with 30 minutes to check out a couple different mattresses before the store closed. Ended up buying a mattress and felt the whole experience could not have gone any better. We had the pleasure of dealing with Michael and he was no sales pressure, answered every question with no biases, let us try pretty much every mattress that we wanted along with every pillow ?? just truly overall really liked Michael. We were comfortable in the store and dealing with him. Really had a great experience and I left the store knowing I bought exactly what I was looking for. 100% 5 star experience. Thanks Michael!!”

“Very helpful employees and they let you take your time, no pressure at all. They have a lot in stock. Unfortunately, I had to return my recliner because I was having shoulder and back pain, they offer a 10 day window to return certain products, if in new condition, if for any reason it does not work out. I do not know full policy, so please check before you purchase. I felt SO bad that I had to return the chair because these people price-matched and went out of their way to assist me and then made the return process easier than I expected. I am a bit afraid to buy another recliner because I have neurological issues (and it is NOT because of the store experience)Will take my time and if and when I buy another recliner, I will purchase here, again.I honestly got the best service in any furniture store, EVER. From the helpful and friendly sales staff to the lady who assisted on the returns and issuing me my credit back to my credit card, it was so easy and very organized.The delivery process is excellent, way better than I experienced from the bigger furniture store in KS when I bought a washer and dryer etc. in the past. The delivery people were also very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend this store and will be back because of the excellent experience and I like to support my local stores, where possible. THANK YOU!!! I told you that I will be writing a review, and here it is! I do not recall the names of the people who assisted, I think the sales people were Chris and Jeff? Sorry, do not recall the lady's name, who helped me with the return.”

He was friendly knowledgeable answered all my questions. He showed me several different models with and without the adjustable base. “Ok it's imperative I write this detailed review! First off I am obsessed and in love with this shop. Omggg. By far my absolute favorite antique shop in all of KC and the one In KS I went to. I'm still trying to find a way to move in without them knowing lmao! I am a visually "jarring" person to see sometimes to people not used to seeing people like me. I am full body covered face and all with tattoos. Many people have pre judged me thinking I'm some gang member or criminal. I am so far from that! The multiple times I came to this place I was greated with nothing but love and smiles and I even got the most amazing brownie I might have ever had on Wed when I went in. The owners wife just asked if I wanted one! To a lot of people they won't ever understand how just a simple smile or kind gesture, not following me around a store, not grimacing, can make someone's day/month/year. It's something needed when 99 percent of the time it's weird stares and stupid questions. I love this place and I have bought so many cool things! The store is unreal you will be in there HOURS! And just this last time I went I found an entire collection of Hull pottery which is my mom's families business since out of operation. Never ever thought I'd find some there and there it was! Honest to God some of the coolest pieces in this place especially large pieces which is quite rare for antique shops! I drive 40 min one way out there and no complaints. Love the street. Love the energy. Well worth it.”

You will find new furniture and gently used furniture, all kinds of home decor plus there are several booths that vendors stock all kinds of different items from Chiefs shirts to candles to home decor to gently used furniture. There are new items being brought in daily, so there's always new stuff ! It's a great place in the south part of Grandview and Belton there aren't many stores like it.
