“Being frustrated with the fact my phone had decided it no longer wanted to operate properly I came to this location today to fix this problem. My frustrations grew when further with the employee that was trying to assist me. Let me tell you about this guy though, he did everything in his power to help me. He understood the frustration I had and jumped into action without hesitation. Any company would benefit from the work ethic this man has.”
“Was assisted by Tmobile employee, Angel, he communicated very well and had great customer service skills was willing even to stay a little bit later than the the closing time to finish getting me a new phone. Also today he was able to help me with an app issue that I had”
