“I've bought my convenience store items from this 7-ll, ONLY, AND NO OTHER CONVENIENCE STORE IN 20 YEARS,mainly because the owners have become so close to me and my family, personally, over the years it honestly feels like family. “Being frustrated with the fact my phone had decided it no longer wanted to operate properly I came to this location today to fix this problem. My frustrations grew when further with the employee that was trying to assist me. Let me tell you about this guy though, he did everything in his power to help me. He understood the frustration I had and jumped into action without hesitation. Any company would benefit from the work ethic this man has.”

“I wanted to let Walgreens know of the exceptional service I received from Lisa the Pharmacist Technician today 8/17/23 at around 4:30pm at the Walgreens Store in Grandview, MO. I needed a refill of my BP medication but I am no longer insured. I originally phoned to make an appointmment at CenterWell. Lisa took the time to provide me information regarding CenterWell, but also shared that she might be able to help.
She discovered that I had 3 unfilled, refill prescriptions left that were about to expire in a week, and that she could check to see what discounts might be available to help with the cost. I did not realize that I had any refills left, and I was down to taking 1 tablet a week to stretch my medication. I had concerns about the out-of-pocket cost but Lisa assured me that she would help.
Lisa took the extra time to search for discounts and provided me with a price for all 3 refills that was significantly lower than what I had expected. Being able to take my medication daily now will sigificantly improve my quality of life. Thank you Lisa so much for taking the extra time to help me & thank you Walgreens!
What you guys do everyday really does make a difference.”
