“Is Ted the tall guy with blond hair? If so I'm guessing he no longer works there but he helped me downsize my unit but the website says I'm being charged for the previous unit and I down sized over 2 weeks ago. No one works there currently there is a recording saying that there is a staffing shortage. I emailed the company and so far all they said was we don't have you in a different unit..so I'm hoping this gets resolved quickly because I'm not paying for a unit that I'm not currently using.”
“Using a POD worked well, twice, for me in accordance with my set of circumstances. I listened and accepted their suggestions for packing the POD, and had a very positive experience. My belongings arrived in one piece, no damage whatsoever, after a 1400+ mile trip.
Read all of the documents provided, ask questions, make use of their driver's experience and knowledge, their customer service and the job you've contracted should go without issue. (Barring, ofcourse, any unforseen catastrophe.)”
