The walk-in humidor is one of the bigger ones I've been in, they have a very large selection! Locals in the lounge, smoking and watching sports. The selection was very large though, I will definitely return.”

“Hari was so helpful and kind on Christmas today. I haven’t purchased any sort of vape in my life, and haven’t used any smoking device since I was a teenager. I came in with very little knowledge about the new technologies and methods available for smoking and vaping. Hari thoroughly explained what each component of the vaporizers were, what they were, their interchangeability, how they worked. She was very knowledgeable of the products. She somehow understood exactly what we were looking for, despite the fact didn’t know any of the terminology in order to communicate what I was trying to achieve as far as delivery, etc and did not understand how or what the products really did before coming in. I researched some vapes online, but because I didn’t know the terminology, I didn’t understand the descriptions provided. I’m really grateful for her patience. I felt really dumb and embarrassed about knowing so little about what I wanted. Hari met me with only kindness and well thought out questions to help lead me to the product that would work. Unfortunately one of my batteries broke and I needed a replacement asap, so I took a chance and made a quick stop. AMAZING experience! The customer service was top notch. I was sold exactly what I needed at a great price. He took the time to show me how it worked and let me see the features before I committed. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I was in and out in five minutes and extremely happy with the experience. Product is great. Don't bother going anywhere else.
