“First of all I have to say that it’s easy to call ACR thieves. When you can’t seem to pay your car payments. Which was most likely not pd for at least 3 months. Before the bank contacts the Repo company. Ppl will always claim that they had money,jewelry and thier medicine. Which always seemed to be the controlled drugs. Ok that’s funny bc who leaves those things in a vehicle. However I can say that the rude and unprofessional staff have been let go. Which was long over due! You hire ppl hoping they will be kind and patient. Doesn’t always work out that way. That company has been in business for over 30 yrs. They are a small company that has had a few bad apples. Like any company suffers from if thier in business for 30 ish years . The owner trusted the few employees in the front. We’re being professional so before you haters go talking smack on a company that your lein holder hired to pick up your vehicle. Stop and think how you got in this situation. What if you worked for a repo company? If you had most of your business yelling and threatening you everyday? Do you throw law enforcement under the bus for writing you a ticket? Highly unlikely but if you did like you do this company. Well then your just the type to blame anyone but yourself. For your bad choices! The company is not based on trying to be rude to any one. Unfortunately the owner can not always be there to micromanage the ppl that worked in the front office. So for those of you that feel you were treated unfairly or felt you were disrespected. Please accept an apology. Thank you for listening to an out sider. I have witnessed lots of times how this company is giving cars away to family’s that have lost every thing due to divorces or loosing thier job. They have a lot of times. Not charged any fees and even delivered personal belongings back to the person who had the thier car repossessed. So stop bashing a company that truly are fair and works to maintain at a high level of integrity.”

“I’m so glad I found Sailors he is so nice and exceeded my expectations! As a woman I’ve had too many men who have thought they could take advantage and jack up the prices like I don’t know anything about cars. I called several places and checked for prices on parts and labor for my breaks rotors and tires and he was below the lowest price for brakes and tie with the lowest price on new tires. I also had a belt that was dangerously worn and he filled me in but didn’t pressure me to fix it. I fixed it and the car is running better. He got me in last minute and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. ?? I’ll be back for sure.”

Didn't try to upset me on stuff I didn't need. Overall a great experience and I'll definitely going to be back in the future...support local!!”

“Less than a month after getting my car (my first big girl purchase) it was unfortunately damaged badly from a big construction company, absolutely covered in cement. I had no idea what to do. Mccarthy Overland park damage and collision was there to help me every step of the way. They made sure my vehicle was returned to me the way it should be! I want to give a special shoutout to Byron for communicating about a calibration issue with my windshield and helping make that process smooth for me. My car looks amazing and I am so pleased with the way I was treated here. They were honest about the repairs needed and treated me with total respect.
