My car is currently at B street awaiting parts for repair, so technically I haven’t even seen their work yet, but I have already been so impressed with the customer service! From the minute I first contacted them, everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has been so nice and informative. Another thing that really impressed me was the night I went to drop my car off, I was unaware that some bad weather was headed towards the shop. A nice man and woman working there were in the process of getting as many cars in the shop as they could fit but there was not enough space for mine. They helped me make arrangements to take my car home for the night to keep it in the garage to avoid hail damage and return the next morning. I just thought that was so kind and considerate of them looking out for me and my car. Thank you B Street for your amazing service. I can’t wait to see my car when it’s finished!”
“I can’t rate this company high enough. Five Stars is not nearly enough. I recently took my car in for repair of my back brake lights not working. I was given a price that I agreed to pay. However, prior to the work being completed, the owner discovered that the parts I agreed to pay for were not needed. The only thing that was needed was the re-connection of a loose wire. The owner was very honest and did not charge me for the part that was not needed. He could have just let me assume he installed the new part, and I never would have known the difference. It’s been my experience, that this type of honesty and integrity is very rare in the auto repair business. I feel that I should write and share my experience for others to read about.
