“I went in today with my four year old granddaughter to shop for winter snow boots.
When we walked in there was one sales associate an that was it. She did greet us with a hi, how are you immediately but that was the end of that. No may I help you find something, no nothing.
My granddaughter an I looked around not able to find children's snow boots. I decided to just ask the lady for help. From this point on she was great! She assisted us in finding the boots an showing all of their selections. Because of her kindness as she was helping us I decided to buy another pair of little girls sneakers. I spent twice the money I had intended to, but, I do not have a problem spending my hard earned money in my community when the business treats me right!”
