“Not from the Columbia area, I had low tire pressure in a tire (nail in tire), I asked some local City of Columbia workers where to take my SUV. All of them said Mike’s Total Service.
They were right in the money. They had my tire fixed in 20 minutes and they were even busy (super bonus - he was super nice). You don’t get service like this. I will definitely be back to replace all 4 tires. I would give 10 stars if possible.”

“Pomp’s tire in Columbia Missouri is hands down THE BEST! We picked up a nail driving this morning and stopped by Pomp’s with my newborn and 4 year old! They had us back on the road in no time and had the best hospitality! The attendant was super helpful keeping our daughter occupied! He helped her turn the tv to cartoons and got her snacks out of the vending machine! Thank you for taking care of us!”

“Been a long time since we had to file an insurance claim and have a vehicle repaired (someone hit us in a parking lot) but Caliber made it about as stessless as possible. Immediately reached out to schedule and from there it was easy. Kept me up to date via text updates and completed job before expected date. Everyone was friendly and professional. Shoutout to the USAA rep for recommending them!”
“This place is hands down the BEST place I’ve ever taken my car to. I will forever recommend these guys to ANYONE who has transmission issues. I had a 2015 ford focus that needed a dual clutch replaced and there ended up being a few different hiccups and it took about a week to get it worked out but they provided me transportation until they were able to fix it and made sure to keep it longer to be 100% sure that everything was running the way it was supposed to. The day we thought it was completely ready we were going to meet up at the car rental place and Mike called saying he didn’t feel comfortable giving me the car yet because he said it was acting weird. (Which made me feel really secure about his judgement) So about a day later he called and let me know everything was finally fixed. When I got the car back it was running better than it ever has! These guys are VERY genuine, humble, trustworthy men. I will ALWAYS go to them for ANY transmission issues. And I recommend that you truly trust the process even if things go wrong. These guys are very good at what they do and your patience will go a LONG way. I HIGHLY recommend!”
