“Response to previous review ……Old republic has always been very professional in my interactions with them. I own STL Sandwich Group Inc d/b/a Potbelly Sandwich shop and we have been delivering to this location for over 8 years. All of my delivery drivers (we are equal opportunity employer and are very proud of our very diverse employee base) have had zero issues with this location with the exception of Brandon’s review.As a company we were not made aware of any issues on any delivery he participated in while employed at Potbelly Sandwich shop.While Old Republic employees are very busy and on the phones when deliveries are sometimes dropped off, they will just sometimes hand motion / wave for the drivers to place food down. I have personally delivered to this location numerous times and had this type of a delivery interaction. Not downplaying Brandon’s perceived situation but this review is not reflective of this location from my experience.I will also add that we had not received an order for delivery to this location in over 2 weeks prior to Brandon’s review and he was also not currently employed at my company during the time of his review posting.Just wanted a full disclosure of the circumstances surrounding this review as my company was mentioned in the review.Todd StimsonPresidentSTL Sandwich Group Inc.d/b/a Potbelly Sandwich Shop”
