My complaint with this location recently is a corporate problem. I made a formal complaint about no air condition in waiting area for customers or poor employees to cool off or have a break. To find out that this has been out of order for 2 to 3 months! Shame on district manager to not have this resolved!
Our weather is 95F and this is unacceptable.”

My daughter is in college in st Charles from out of state. She had an issue with her car. I called Kevin at Lindenwood Auto. They got the car in and diagnosed the next day. The following day it was fixed. She said it’s never driven better. I would recommend this repair facility.”

“I found Epic Automotive doing a Google search. I took my Genesis to Epic Automotive because my cigarette ports stop charging my cell phone. I dropped my car off to the shop on Sunday, March 24, 2024 for my Monday, March 25, 2024 appointment. I received a call from John at 10:49am saying that my car was ready for pick up. It did not take them all day to do a diagnostic, locate which fuse box the fuse was in that was blown, replaced the fuse and the price was good! The reviews are very accurate. They’re nice, honest, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend Epic Automotive!”

“I had to run an emissions test or better still IDOD on my Nissan Rogue which is due for Registration. Fast forward a friend of mine suggested I take my vehicle to Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers. “This place came recommended by a coworker and I was not disappointed. Got 4 new tires and the prices were very reasonable (about 200 less than other places i called for the same tires). The gentleman i talked to was very kind and patient as I wanted to pay for the tires for my boyfriend and surprise him. The guy(i wish I remembered his name) coordinated with me so my boyfriend could just show up and get it done. I was very grateful and the service and tires were great.”

“I came to this Dobbs location a few weeks ago due an object being in my tire. The guy at the desk (I can’t remember his name) was very friendly. I told him I had an object in my tire and wanted to get it plugged. He asked if I was going to wait and took my information. After a short wait he came to the waiting area and informed me my car was ready. He said the object had not punctured the tire but was just embedded in the tread (he also showed me the object). I asked what the charge was he said nothing because they didn’t do anything. I said, Praise God, we exchanged pleasantries and I left. I thank Dobbs for being professional and honest, as I had gone to one of their competitors, (where I purchased the tires) F*******e located in Olivette, Mo., the guy took one look at the tire and told me they couldn’t plug it, it was too close to the sidewall. I needed a new tire! Had me at the counter quoting me prices of $200+ for a new tire.
