“Could not be happier Epic. Another shop told me I needed things I did not so I sought out a 2nd opinion. Shane and the crew checked out my Range Rover, told me what I needed, not what someone wanted to sell me and instead of over $3,000 I spent just under $800. “Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone). Everytime I need regular maintenance or urgent repairs, he makes sure to get me in, inspect my vehicle and check in with a breakdown of what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and how long it will take to complete, before doing any work or charging me; they even send me pictures and or video with a description of what I’m looking at and how it’s affecting my vehicle.
It’s Truly so appreciated and reassuring.
On top of that they also have provided me with rides to work or back home or even provided a loaner vehicle to accommodate my schedule while the repairs and services are done.
Aside from that, Patrick and his crew always keep a clean and tidy office, the water cooler is always full, and no matter who I speak to when I walk in, they always great me with a smile and friendliness.
