Our sales consultant, Christina, treated us like family from the very first conversation. She was by far the most pleasant, attentive, and genuinely kind sales professional I’ve ever worked with.
Even though we were out of state and everything was handled over the phone, it never felt distant or transactional. Christina made the entire process feel personal, thoughtful, and stress-free—like we were working with someone we’ve known for years.
In the end, we didn’t purchase the vehicle due to timing with its arrival, but if I had the chance, I would absolutely buy from Christina 100 times over.

“Bruce has countlessly gone above and beyond for me and always at a fair price. I just recently needed an alignment (which he doesn't do) and had him put on 2 new front tires and he took the time to align the vehicle to the best of his ability anyways without charging extra and never said anything about it. I just got the car back and it drove as straight as it gets which saved me almost $100. I've been going to him for a couple years now and wouldn't use anyone else in the jefferson county area unless it was somewhere he personally recommends for work he doesn't do. Very nice and respectful man on top of it.”
“I have used Lamberts several times. I have always been impressed. We had an issue this past week and my car overheated. I called and they were so helpful. They helped me get the car towed to them and within 2 hours got the car in and diagnosed It was taken care of and the next day I had my car back. Excellent service, great price, great warranty!
