“My windshield wiper ripped from the ice accumulating on my windshield on this 3 degree snowy day. My husband told me to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts because they helped him in the past. A gentleman named Scott had just finished helping another customer in the freezing cold and he went back out to put the new windshield wiper blades on my vehicle. Now that's customer service.
