“We enjoyed our visit here! There are tons of holiday decor and gifts of all kinds. We especially found their section of soaps to be intriguing.
However, most of this decor looks best in their displays. When isolating almost any given piece, we decided it really wasn't for us. Not only this, but their prices are a little high.
While we did enjoy our time here, I have to say Christopher's is overrated considering the near-euphoric reviews I've seen people leave for this store (some saying its the most beautiful store they've ever been in). Maybe they go all out at Christmas? Idk. While it was beautiful, it barely breaks the top 10 when you consider places like Kringles in Branson or April's on Mainstreet.
All that said, come out and visit them!”

“Anytime I'm back in my hometown of St. Louis, my family and I always stop at Rally House to pick up some new Cardinals and Blues gear. Living away from St. Louis, I know I have a great selection of products for the St. Louis teams that I can't get online. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They have a great selection of kids and baby items too.”

“Shannon D. (What the receipt said!) is so sweet. We came and visited from Iowa to see my grandmother who lives in Manchester. She helped my husband apply for a card that he was approved for and she was our cashier every time we came back (I love this store!!) over the 3 days we were in town. She remembered us, made us feel so welcomed and had the nicest smile. She is very good at her job as well. We will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we are in town!!!”

“Many of the clothing items were on sale at discounted rates ranging from 20% to 50%. The offers were really good. The staff was very helpful in assisting customers with their selections. The counter staff was amazing, doing their best to offer additional concessions where possible. I believe these offers are available for only two days. However, the items at Old Navy are worth it any day. We have always loved Old Navy clothes!”
“Store is not well-sorted. It’s like the equivalent of searching through the bins to find some gems. The place is a little musty BUT it has TWO stories full of clothes that range from “grandmas old shirt” to “wow - what a good deal”. One of the workers here looks like Santa and even advertises himself as Santa ;) he’s really funny to our little grandkids.”
“As someone who spent a decade managing 50 retail employees and 12 store managers, I was absolutely blown away by Haley’s customer service. She was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience. Thank you!!”

There was no assistance whatsoever, the lines where quite slow and the skirt we bought turned out to be the same one they have at another brand.”

“I went to this location other day, and I noticed this one worker that really made my day. His name was Duncan, he was so sweet and so kind to me and my children from the moment I walked in to the store, to the moment I walked out. I was looking for a pair of jeans and I wasn't sure what style I would like. Duncan came over and helped me pick the perfect jeans for my daughters birthday. Overall, I had a great experience at this Old Navy. From someone who used to work retail, it's so important to always treat people with kindness, and Duncan treated me with a smile in a day full of frowns.”

Dressing rooms are available, and I was encouraged to use them. My sales associate made multiple recommendations and brought me options to try. She is also a seamstress with the ability to make alterations in under a week. Overall, it was a great experience. There was no rush, and I left happy with my choices!”
