“The clothes are beautiful, but they need to train their employees better on their return policies. Two of My daughters shop here also, so I had to return a few items. TWICE now when returning an online purchase, the employee looked at Me like I had two heads. Most stores have an automated system that looks up items by Your e-mail or phone. Carter’s store only needs a phone # and can look up any purchase without a receipt.
This place seems like it is trapped in the 90’s. When I tried to return an online purchase from just two weeks ago, the young employee just froze. I told her I was having trouble finding the e-mail. She had My account in the system, but literally just sat there staring at Me with no instructions??? I asked her what was wrong and she said “there is a sale price and a regular price, I don’t know which one?” Then she just quickly told Me to swipe My debit card and gave Me full price back (which is what I paid and I told her that) Very strange transaction and I have never seen this behavior elsewhere.
We looked around and found one more item too buy. I asked the next person what may have happened and she said “oh that is because You have to get a manager for online returns in the system.”
Sounds like things are not going as they are meant to be at this store.”
“I took in my 41 year old wedding ring and a legacy diamond engagement ring from my mother-in-law. The staff at Kay Jewelers in St. Louis county were kind, friendly and helpful. I had the diamond taken from the older ring and added to my wedding ring. It is so beautiful it brought me to tears. They did a wonderful job. The staff seemed happy that I was so pleased.”

“Right behind Q-Trip at the top of the hill in with the DMV. A little gem if you've never been there you might find a treasure or two. Little brother found an MCM round radio and an AM radio both priced really reasonably. Some antiques, along with food items, new items, and crafts. Nice warm welcome by the ladies at the desk. The cat was nice and didn't even notice it until my dog saw it. Parking is sparse due to the DMV next door. Check it out you never know what you might find if your in the area.”
