“Great selection and such helpful friendly staff. Easy street parking in front, as well as a small parking lot in back, make a quick stop so convenient. They always have a kind word for my dog plus a treat, so it is fun to stop by when we are out for a walk. Their wine suggestions are spot on.”
“Red Door is a nice spot with easy access right on Main Street in Eureka. While their selection of Spanish wines is limited, I was happy to find a few good options. The other day, Hannah located a wine that neither the Wine Barrel nor the larger chain retailers had in stock and got it for me within 24 hours so I could have it for an upcoming party. None of the larger stores or national chain stores were willing to do that for me.”

“I want to say THANK YOU!!! I Just left the Dierbergs location in Des Peres and had the BEST customer service EVER!!! I was looking for beef short ribs. I asked the meat counter gentleman. he walked over with me to the place they should have been. there was only 1 pack and I really needed 3-5 pounds. he was nice enough to not only go see if he had any in the freezer but he also cut them and from full ribs. To me this is real customer service! This is just one example on why I drive past 4 other grocery stores to come to this location. THANK YOU for having the BEST employees!!!”

“This Dierbergs was the only place in Fenton with the item I needed! Other than that, it was just like any other Dierbergs: clean, well stocked, and expensive.
The staff at this one were particularly friendly, too.
It looks like they've got their seasonal stuff out, and some of it is a marked improvement from last year. Check it out if that's what you are interested in.”

“I had a problem with an item I purchased at the shanty. It only cost 18$ so I did not expect them to be able to return or exchange a small item like the one I bought. I talked to Jesse on the phone and dealt with Brenda in the store and they were more than helpful. They Determined that it may have been a defective product and they exchanged the item that I bought for no cost. I guarantee there is no other store around that would have done this for me. In the past $18 wouldn’t have mattered to me I probably wouldn’t have even called, but I recently had a child and money is tighter than ever LOL. I appreciate the favor, keep with the good business and I will be back in the future! Thanks girls!”
“Keeping in mind that Dierbergs is a little more expensive that it's competitor in the area this store always seems to be clean and well stocked. The employees rate a four out of five, sometimes a three out of find depending on who you have behind the counter and who you get at the cash register. Then again, those are pretty much the only two groups you interact with. The produce is always fresh, the proteins always seemed to be fresh, the deli seems to always be nice. We have an advantage because we live right there pretty much at the corner and it makes Dierbergs a huge convenience. That's about it!”
