“I had a fantastic experience at Dean Team Subaru, especially with Shawn Nethercott, the salesman I worked with. I called Dean Team the day the new 2026 hybrid Crosstrek became available to order. A friend had told me they were the best dealership to work with, even though I lived two hours away in another state. Shawn helped me order my new car over the phone that day, including all the options I wanted. Then I just needed to wait until my car came in. Shawn kept me informed of my car’s status during my wait. When it finally arrived several months later, I drove 2 hours to the dealership to pick up my car. Every detail was absolutely perfect, although I’m still waiting for my floor mats to come in. Shawn spent several hours with me going over all the features on my car, and, believe me, there are many. He also had me drive the car with him in it so I could try the features for myself. Shawn was the most thorough and professional representative that I can imagine. “My husband and I bought a 2015 Kia Soul for our 19 y/o daughter from MSB. The price on it was the most reasonable of all of the Soul's we'd looked at and we were given a slight discount because one of the owners is an alumnus of the College that out daughter attends. The process was seamless with no haggling. There were no mats in the car, but when we went to pick it up, the owner had put mats in. The only slight bump was that one of the keys was defective. The keys are normally $300 and when I realized the key was defective, I contacted MSB. I initially was told that we can just buy one, especially since we'd received a discount, but the owner eventually relented and sent someone to our house to cut a new key, which I thought was superior customer service. He really could have blown us off, since we'd already purchased the vehicle, but he maintained his commitment and we have a new key. I highly recommend MSB if you are ready to purchase a vehicle”

“I bought a truck here for $1800 in 2020. On the test drive, the truck stalled out and we had to push start it down a hill to get it going. The break fluid also leaked out on the test drive. The dealer fixed the breaks and put in a new battery. This truck has been my daily driver the last 5 years. Yes, i had to put in some in work, but I dont have a car payment! I'm keeping this truck forever.”
