“Fast and friendly. Asked for clarification due to review read online that stated they cannot print labels. They can print labels and also have packaging available, they just cannot print a label from a QR code because they do not have that equipment. Nice little shop. I will use again.”

“I spoke with Alex about some concerns I had regarding a delivery that was made. His communication and understanding was admirable. I really appreciate professionalism and empathy when used together in these tricky customer service situations. I felt better after the quick chat with Alex and that meant alot. Great employee.”
