I had never shipped anything, so I wasn't quite sure what to do but they worked me through the entire process so nicely! Very quick, as well.

I spoke with Alex about some concerns I had regarding a delivery that was made. His communication and understanding was admirable. I really appreciate professionalism and empathy when used together in these tricky customer service situations. I felt better after the quick chat with Alex and that meant alot. Great employee.
