I spoke with Alex about some concerns I had regarding a delivery that was made. His communication and understanding was admirable. I really appreciate professionalism and empathy when used together in these tricky customer service situations. I felt better after the quick chat with Alex and that meant alot. Great employee.

I can't say enough about the amazing staff! I have to mail large items frequently to different states and the employees are so kind and personable. They always have a smile on their face. They make suggestions for best transport and price. They are very patient as well. I rarely see a line but the odd times that there was a line, they made sure to greet each customer and make the wait seem like nothing at all. They are super quick and even the mail person that comes to the house is extremely nice! They truly seem to care about what you're sending and receiving.

They are stealing packages!!!! Today was the second time in less than two weeks that our package was stolen by a post office employee. The first package never got delivered (Lost or Stolen), and the second package arrived opened already with 6 of 7 items missing and had a set of earrings In it that weren’t even ours. The post office claims their employees would risk their jobs over a package. And that someone stole it from our mailbox. I watched the driver deliver it and went straight to the mailbox and that’s how I found it. It was delivered that way! They are thieves and liars!

I tried calling them to check on a package and the phone.was off the hook. I wish there was someone i could talk to about a package im missing. I cant get a straight answer from anyone at the usps about it. But that's a union job for you no one is willing to give you good customer service.
