He is cordial, knowledgeable and skilled at his job.Josh is definitely a people person and I have seen him in difficult situations that he handled with grace. I personally would not want to live here if Josh were not the manager. This is my first apt artment living situation I am an 85 yr old retired librarian in good health. I am a fan of Josh.
