“We had 3 vehicles in our caravan from Southern Indiana to Osage Beach (on a Sunday). Our daughters Highlander broke down north of Holts Summit. Tow truck driver recommended Mike Schulte's. He did an awesome turnaround for her. We went back Monday afternoon to retrieve her vehicle. Friendly. Will highly recommended this shop to anyone.”
“TodayI went in to see Greg about my back bumper sensor. Something happened and I was getting alerts on my dash yesterday. He made me an appointment for next Thursday to get it worked on. He explained what they would have to and an estimated how long it would be. He has always treated me with respect and I prefer to talk to Greg whenever possible. And your other service guys snickered at me when I was talking to Greg. I did not appreciate that! I have no use for the other guys at your service counter. Please keep Greg there for me bc if he ever leaves I will take my car somewhere else to be serviced. Rusty I hope you really read these posts that people claim you do. Greg gets 5 stars from me!!”
“Five stars for Brian in sales, but two stars for the sales manager and finance guy. High pressure to buy the extended warranty and he acted like he was mad when I didn’t take it. Overall, I might buy from them again, but they certainly wouldn’t be my first choice.”
“Kemna is ridiculously detailed oriented when fixing your car!! They make sure to get every single detail that was broken and make it even better than it was before. They also update you along the way in text messages which is so nice. I truly feel like they are a trustworthy company that you can count on and I could not be happier with the service! Hopefully I never have to use them again but.. unfortunately the chances are pretty high. ? When I do, I will definitely be calling them.”
“Called the service center because of strange sound coming from the belt on my cadillac escalade, they were booked up for the day but still had me come in to see if they could listen & pin point the problem and possibly set up a future appointment⁸. Not only did Jerry (service manager) diagnose the problem, he had me in and out of there so quick! Was supposed to take about an hour and I was really in a time crunch bc I had to get my son from school but they had me out in 30 mins! Jerry made sure I was driving a safe vehicle before I left and was very informative on the issue. Hands down best experience with a service center. Absolutely recommend.”

“I have been doing business with Professional for a very long time from the previous owner to new management and all. They’ve worked on every car I’ve owned and have been amazing with communicating with me each time. A new computer in my escape and my Altima a few years ago, Jeremy had rebuilt my transmission for an old truck when I was in High School, and many other things in between. Recently, I had bought a car from Ford and the water pump went out. Ford wanted so much for one part so of course I had it towed to Professional Automotive when I had spoke to Derek, I believe, and he not only told me but showed me what all had to be done to fix this part. They got it done quickly I feel and I haven’t had a problem since I got it back a few weeks ago. I will obviously keep using these great mechanics!?”

“Couldn't be happier with Fischer Body Shop and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have taken seven vehicles to them over years and all have been repaired promptly and perfectly to my satisfaction. Most recently, I took my 2022 Santa Fe to them for repairs after a minor accident on the front driver side. The rim was scratched and they replaced it even after insurance would only pay for it to be recondition. The same rim and tire began losing air shortly after I picked it up from them, so I took it back to them thinking maybe something hadn't sealed properly when the new rim was put on. Instead, I had ran over a nail. Even though it was my fault, they plugged the tire and told me not to worry about it when I offered to pay for the repair. Fischer Body Shop truly takes pride in their work and stands behind their customer.”

“Hands down the best place to take your car for service. I bought my car from Rusty and honestly they just take care of you with what they can do in their power. The car business is very hard to make everybody happy. There's increased parts costs, service costs, etc, but I trust them that they do their best to make you have a good experience. When I go in there the people are amazing. The front desk people are fun and easy to talk to. They obviously take the issue seriously, but they somehow make a service visit pleasant. Jerry the service manager is always helpful. They just are a professionally well managed place. I'm not sure how anybody could not give a 5 star review, but if you do I'd first just try and be reasonable and talk to them. Anytime I have a concern or car challenge they are reasonable and go above and beyond. One of my favorite businesses in the Columbia/Jeff City area.”
“They do seem to be helpful but they don't go out of the way I want to get a fuse for my windshield wipers no one asked if they could come out and check for me to see if that's what it really was independent and get a different size because I got the wrong size and then when he went to wipers it's a part on the Winter Wipeout”

“Shawn had always been good to me. He will go the extra mile to make sure everything sails so smoothly and will always have the time to talk to you like a person. Just make sure you communicate with him and he will work with any problem you have as long as your warranty is good cause we all know once the warranty is up on a car you are liable to fix your own car. “O'Reilly us a very good parts source. Last visit was to buy spark plugs for my 08 Taurus, they had the parts I needed, the plugs and the intake plenum gasket to replace the intake back atop the engine after accessing the rear bank of plugs. It was quite inexpensive to complete the task, and O'Reilly helped considerably.”
“Normally have what I need 95% of the time! They carry all different types of cars,trucks,suv's used parts from bumpers to headlights/ taillights window motors etc. Just always take the time to call and ask them”
