“Part 2- The next day our car was done by 1:00. We did buy the Escalade lol randomly on vacation out of state and not even at a time we were expecting. Zach was just outstanding to work with. He did an excellent job of always checking in with us while being in the showroom floor, and doing a million things between checking on the repair, checking in with Jared in finance, and making sure the five of us waiting in the waiting room didn't need anything additional. He was so personal. Not pushy. Had such a bubbly light energy. Just overall an outstanding guy. My Mom will be buying an escalate herself in the next year and after this experience it's worth a 7 hour drive. Jared and finances also hilarious. Did a great job of taking his time made sure everybody understood everything while still juggling all the different clients he had waiting for him. The whole experience from start to finish was impeccable could not be more happy. My only wish is we lived 7 hours closer. Thank you Mike. Thank you Zach. Thank you Jared. But most importantly thank you Rusty. You can tell your staff here is genuinely happy with their job. Oftentimes at a dealership there is this rivalry undertone. Or the showroom sales staff makes you feel like you have to buy something before you have earned them helping you. You call tell the staff works together as a team. They help each other and always make the customer feel important no matter what stage (service, buying, etc) of the experience your in. A work environment like this starts at the top
so to Rusty I say thank you! Thank you for treating your staff well, thanks for owning dealerships, and thank you in taking pride on being a good old fashioned American Business. With hardworking good people, out to do the right thing, even if there is a chance you get nothing in return. My only wish is we lived closer. Thank you all for a great experience.”
“I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Collision Center runs like a well oiled machine. Very timely service. They made all of the contacts with my insurance company. They kept me up to date on what was going on and met their estimated completion date perfectly. To top it off, they brought my repaired car to my house, which I greatly appreciated, as I didn't want to inconvenience family or friends to give me a ride. My car looked absolutely beautiful! They had the entire outside shined up and looking as bright as a brand new car! They provided so much more and better service than I expected.
Mr. Volkart (I think his first name is Ryan) was in charge of my vehicle and did a masterful job. The office staff was always courteous and helpful. The 2 young gentlemen who dropped of my car were my favorite. Their faces were beaming when I answered the door. They must have one of the best jobs in the world ..... delivering beautiful gifts to ecstatic customers.

“Hands down the best place to take your car for service. I bought my car from Rusty and honestly they just take care of you with what they can do in their power. The car business is very hard to make everybody happy. There's increased parts costs, service costs, etc, but I trust them that they do their best to make you have a good experience. When I go in there the people are amazing. The front desk people are fun and easy to talk to. They obviously take the issue seriously, but they somehow make a service visit pleasant. Jerry the service manager is always helpful. They just are a professionally well managed place. I'm not sure how anybody could not give a 5 star review, but if you do I'd first just try and be reasonable and talk to them. Anytime I have a concern or car challenge they are reasonable and go above and beyond. One of my favorite businesses in the Columbia/Jeff City area.”
