“Have an issue with a package atm being in the kansas city distribution center going on 2 days now. The staff at the J.C. office were awesome about taking my number and will call when it arrives if today. Imo almost all the issues arising seem to be with the k.c. distribution center and I really wish management would fix that place bc they don't even have a 2 star rating I mean that's kind of an issue they would want to fix. But I am very happy and have always gotten great service from the J.C. office”
