“Got a flat tire on a Sunday; Labor Day the next day so no tire shop was open. The tire was beyond patching and neither my son or I knew how to replace it with spare. The folks at O’Reilly’s in High Ridge, MO have gone over and above with assisting me with questions and issues in the past. Ergo, they were the first I thought of for suggestions on what to do/where we could get the spare put on.
Their employee John came to the rescue! He volunteered to not only help get the spare on but taught both my son and I how to do it (it wasn’t the easiest because the jack that was supplied with the car when I bought it was pretty much trash).
He also referred us to a reputable tire shop to go to Tuesday rather than me having to go to a big chain shop which I’ve had bad customer service with before.

I really wish I could remember the guy's name who helped me specifically, but for the life of me, it is just not coming to mind even though I specifically said it out loud so that I would remember it. I went in this afternoon to ask about changing a front light in my corolla. He was able to look up the specific light I needed for my car and after paying, he walked out with me and switched it out for me. THANK YOU! I really appreciate how quick and helpful he was and I know that if I ever need other auto part stuff, I can visit this location since it is so close to my house.”
“Right at closing on a Sunday night, our little family rolled into O'Reilly with car issues. My husband knew how to fix it, but it wouldn't have been possible without Jon and his coworker. Their assistance was awesome- even though it was after the store closed & way outside of their job descriptions. Little acts of extreme kindness are incredibly appreciated.”

“I haven't used O'Reilly's after a bad experience at a different location several years ago.
Today I called the O'Reilly's location in House Springs because it is right by my work. I spoke to Jesse about my vehicles batteries and asked if they assist with installing.
When I went there to have my batteries tested and of course, they both needed replacement. Jesse helped by assisting me with the task and even went beyond the expected by cleaning my corroded terminal And replacing a missing nut.
I have now changed my opinion of the previous experience and will continue to shop at this O'Reilly's location in House Springs, MO and will definitely refer others there as well. :-)”
