My phone had been hacked and in Houston Mo, Benny @ Verizon quickly fixed the problem and upgraded our plan to help save us money. Great customer service and fast.

The people that set up the phone were top notch. Phone it self works good until it drops calls like it has 4 times today and for same reason I'm getting a lot of spam calls and robo calls that I didn't get with att. So employees 5 🌟 phone itself 5 🌟 signal 3 🌟.
