“This pleasantly old-fashioned gas station is something of a time capsule, uninterrupted by the modernization around it. The QT across the street can not sell the comfort of a familiar face behind the counter, or the small conversations that happen in a small town. “Because we have our Home and business accounts through US Bank, I am here multiple times a week, sometimes even multiple times a day! Mainly I use the drive through, and everyone is very quick, consistent, helpful and thorough. If I have my dog in the car (yes, I am now THAT person) they even give her mini milk bones. She is trained to expect them now! I would recommend this branch to anyone.”
“I'm writing this review to commend La Donna L., Jonathan S., and the rest of the Staff at this Bank of America branch for their over-and-above efforts this morning through a challenging circumstance...After making an hour and a half drive, due to a recent move, to withdraw funds from my Primary Checking account, I discovered that Bank of America was having a rare, system-wide shut-down. You can imagine all of our collective frustration as we were unable to find basic information or complete simple transactions on our accounts. Realizing the importance of our visits, these folks worked incredibly hard to find solutions to help us.Several staff member immediately stepped-up their efforts to find solutions around my particular problem and took the EXTRA EFFORT to help me.I'm not writing this positive review because they figured a way to address my needs (because they did). I'm writing this commendation because they worked hard and did their best to take care of me (and others) when it wasn't required of them... Thank you La Donna, Johnathan, and Staff.”

“I used to hate coming here only cuz of a certain employee that I hated dealing with every time I came here. The rest of the employees were great, but not her. But, now that she is not there anymore or that I come on days that she doesn't work there. I feel better. This is pretty much the only drive-thru US Bank in Arnold & it's on the way to the Rec. Center & other grocery stores.”

“Store is clean, well stocked and organized. Staff are friendly, quick and courteous. However, restrooms have been dirty and in need of cleaning more often than not. Soda heads need to be changed, and a foul odor was coming from the fountain area. Prices are fair and comparable to competitors, it's close proximity make it a great place to stop for traveler's passing through on interstate 55 for gas, food or Just to stretch ones legs. There are also several hotels and food options nearby making it easy for those from out of town to eat and gas up the car and get back on the road. Due to the issues with the fountain area and the restrooms I'm giving this station four stars.”
