The United States Postal Service at Imperial Post Office provides the best customer service. The people working there are kind, helpful, efficient, and always have a smile. They always go out of their way to help. Postal delivery persons are honest and good at their job. One reviewer has not had any issues with mail at home. These qualities are lacking at other Post Offices, where service does not compare.

One of the best post offices I have experienced in many states!

I had an Amazon delivery bag rip and didn't get my delivery. I was lucky enough that my postal delivery person turned it in and I got it when I checked at the post office. I'm grateful my postal delivery person is honest and good at her job.

Twice in the last month they have not delivered payments that I have sent and the businesses have requested payment! This is not the first time this has happened!!!
