“I walked in needing help with a return. Leah and Sam made sure to help me pick out the right box size and assisted with the packaging of the office chair I was sending back. They made sure I was taken care of with a smile and were knowledgeable about the prices and box sizes to make sure I didn’t over pay for too much box. It is the small things that make a customer experience GREAT! And that is why I want to give a shoutout to a couple of AWESOME staff members! Thank you, Leah and Sam! 😊👊”

“I've had a PO box here for several years. There is rarely any waiting at the counter, and the two-person staff always provides great service, often going above & beyond the norm for things like accepting & holding packages that won't fit in a PO box.
The previous reviewers who complained about local mail delivery are misguided, because this small post office does not deliver mail to local addresses; it's all delivered by the larger - and busier - Imperial post office.”

Carol was very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong and assured me the package had been picked up and that I should see real time tracking updates soon. Very professional and pleasant”

“5 stars from me so far. They accept packages that the horrendous Festus branch denies for literally no reason other than laziness. I'm talking correct zip code, not over weight limit, correct size, valid label and ship date - things that are basically common sense everywhere other than Festus. Have dropped off stuff here rarely before too in the past and never had any issues.”
“Yesterday, I stopped by to mail a package, and I had the pleasure of meeting two of the sweetest, hardest-working women I've ever encountered. Just listening to them interact with customers was incredible. I truly wish more people were like them.
One was an older Black woman, and the other was a White woman. The older Black woman was especially kind and patient. She took her time with every single customer and didn't stop until they completely understood what they needed to do. No matter how many questions they asked or how long it took, she always reassured them that everything was okay and that she was happy to help.
I noticed that many of the customers were foreigners, and she patiently explained every step of the process, making sure they understood the right way to handle their mailing needs. Even when there were language barriers, she treated everyone with kindness, respect, and a genuine smile. I was amazed. She truly deserves a raise!
Both women showed so much compassion and professionalism. It's rare to see people care so deeply about helping complete strangers. Their patience, especially with customers who don't speak English fluently, was inspiring.
I'm from another country, so I'll probably never see them again, but I will never forget how kind they were. I thank God for people like them, and I sincerely wish them good health, happiness, success, and many blessings because they truly deserve it.
If you ever need to visit a UPS Store, I highly recommend this location. These two ladies will take great care of you, especially if you're a foreigner or need a little extra help. They go above and beyond for every customer while keeping a positive attitude and enjoying what they do.
I don't know their names, but to the older Black lady and the White lady who helped everyone yesterday; thank you. God bless you both, and keep being the wonderful people you are.
This UPS location is huge, with plenty of parking, and it's in a very safe area.

AJ is the gentleman that's been taken care of me the last three times I've come into the post office, we breeze through everything and I'm never in there longer than maybe 5 or 10 minutes at the most and that's because I send out more than one pack not anything to do with the folks here.”
