“The Arnold UPS store should assume control of USPS. They are efficient, knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. I don’t ask for much in regards to Customer Service. But a smile goes a long way and the Arnold UPS store goes over and above that. Sadly, I don’t usually get that kind of service at my local USPS with the exception of one usps person that works at the desk.”
“Wow, what a pleasant surprise. I shipped a large framed item and it was packed better than I could have ever expected. It took me about 20 minutes to get it unwrapped from all the packing material. Very impressive.”

“I've had a PO box here for several years. There is rarely any waiting at the counter, and the two-person staff always provides great service, often going above & beyond the norm for things like accepting & holding packages that won't fit in a PO box.
The previous reviewers who complained about local mail delivery are misguided, because this small post office does not deliver mail to local addresses; it's all delivered by the larger - and busier - Imperial post office.”
“I just want to say these employees tried everything to help me and ultimately it was corporate who failed. The employees went above and beyond contacting corporate for me when the customer service line did nothing for me and I would like to thank them by giving them five stars.”

“5 stars from me so far. They accept packages that the horrendous Festus branch denies for literally no reason other than laziness. I'm talking correct zip code, not over weight limit, correct size, valid label and ship date - things that are basically common sense everywhere other than Festus. Have dropped off stuff here rarely before too in the past and never had any issues.”

“I was lucky and went at a time when no one else was in line. I was served very quickly. I noticed there was only one person working at the counter. I don't know if any were in the back or if there was one person scheduled since it wasn't busy. Much better than when I usually go to the Post office!”

“The building is older, or at least that's how it feels. It has wheelchair ramps, but the doors and entryway are pretty narrow, so you may have trouble getting a powered mobility scooter or similar through. The employee I dealt with was very helpful and friendly.”
