“Brittany gave us a tour and was very informative and knowledgeable about all aspects. The building was very clean and smelled fresh. The apartments were very cute and really quite spacious but small enough for seniors to navigate. Thank you Brittany for providing the information we needed. Future occupants!”

1900 South Brookstone Village Drive, Independence MO 64057
“I have lived here since 2019. And, I love it here. It was first called Brookstone Village Apartments. Then it went to Market 1900 Apartments. I never had any problems with maintenance. They was always so good and fixed any problems I had in a timely manner. But, new management came in around June of 2026. My dishwasher went out around that time. Maintenance came in and told me I needed a new one. It is now the end of August and I've yet to get a new dishwasher. New management says they don't know when I'll get a new one due to only having one maintenance man. And, this is a very large complex. This does not make sense to me. How is there only one maintenance man for such a large complex?? I wonder if the other renters are experiencing the same problems? I'm assuming it's not managements top priority. I'm very sad and upset about this because like I said, I love it here. After a couple of months I did get my dishwasher. Due to Sandy the new property manager. Thank you for making it happen.”

728 North Jennings Road Suite 209, Independence MO 64056
“I have lived here in this building a long time. Since Sierra has become manager she's done an excellent job. Since Dynasty Properties has taken over the building has improved. Even with Sierra doing and excellent job the Individuals tenants also need to do their part.”
