Derek at 35th and Noland Rd gave me the best customer service I have ever had. I changed carriers, ported numbers, added a line. It took 3 trips and Derek helped me every time. He went way above and beyond. Thank you.

My phone would not longer charge. I went to this store and the young man who helped me was very knowledgeable. Also, he was polite and professional. He got me set up with a new phone. I am very pleased with the customer service he provided.
