William made 3 house calls to Ott to determine that all of the old radios needed a hardware upgrade. He came out after we dismissed and upgraded all of them. He definitely went above and beyond. “I have bought 2 used phones here, one I've never had an issue with and one I had an issue with right out of the gate. Both times the staff has been courteous and helpful. I've never sold anything to them but I know they buy all kinds of electronics. Prices on the used goods seem to be fairly market value. I would definitely recommend ReCell to anyone looking for quality used electronics. ALSO they have Legos. 😃”

“Arrived, checked in and a customer was helped before me, who walked in after me. Was brought to the table and then told that I had to wait 10 minutes because my new phone was in a time released safe. I was told by the customer service representative that my phone would be ready in about 30 minutes. That was over an hour ago. The store was busy and they tended to me in a timely manner. Still wasn't the best first experience. Staff was friendly and overall a decent experience. Update to previous review. The manager apologized to me in regards to my Google review and said that they could do better. In t-mobile's defense I may have been being impatient and was a little too quick to judge the wait time. The service was great and I walked out of the store with a smile on my face after all.”

Michell was very pleasant.At the same time I would like to make complaint against Nani at the Sugar Creek store for lying to me about fixing the ACP, He also sold me a so called free tablet which later I found out I would have to pay $25 a month for it. Coincidentally right after leaving Nani my credit card had an unrelated charge on it.I’ve been with Metro for 7 years.”
