The female cashier with the short hair tried to upsell me 3 times. Asked for my phone number, if I wanted to create an account, and if I wanted a credit card. Asked multiple times for each. Just ring me up and hand me my receipt please.

Normally coming to the independence location staff isn't always the friendliest but coming and having Nick help us out made everything that much easier and was such a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Nick.

I’m not for sure his name but I believe he was the manager. He was a mid Height kind of bald guy and he was just super helpful super knowledgeable and took his time with us, showing us different gloves and bats and Talk to my daughter about softball it was a overall amazing customer service experience thank you
