“I can't say enough about the customer service, they were so polite and helpful in a critical situation. They even answered the phone and helped give me some guidance after they were closed. My situation unfortunately resulted in not being worth it to fix, but they gave me some options and did not try to pressure me in any way. Oh and didn't even charge me a penny! So although I can't speak to the actual service, I wouldn't hesitate to take my new-used vehicle back if something comes up in the future.”

I will be getting all my oil changes & anything else I can get done, there! I needed new wipers and some other things done & he helped me out by finding a coupon! Did my air in the tires and answered all my questions patiently & informatively. Highly, highly recommend!!!”

“I took my 2013 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ to Certifix Auto Repair to have my engine replaced, they replaced my engine that had over 200K with an engine with 57K. They did it within a very short time. They were meticulous and methodical with great attention to details to ensure that everything was in good working order. The vehicle runs good and I was given a 90 days warranty with a value price for all the repairs. At all time I was given courteous, credible, customer service.”
