“Needed new wheels on my Yukon because the stock chrome wheels had head leaks. Ordered everything online and PWPAC replaced and realigned, no questions asked. Fair price and didn’t have to deal with some corny sales rep like at Discount Tire or any other corporate tire shop, and we already know the dealerships overcharge. I’ll go back for sure.”
“I had a great experience! I called in the morning to see if it was possible to get my car in for a state inspection. I was told I could drop it off anytime. I was not expecting them to get to it so quickly since i never made an appointment, but they got it done within an hour of me dropping it off! Amazing service!”

“The 5 stars are for the employees that took care of me! They were efficient, attentive, courteous and got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed!
I'm giving 3 stars for pricing. Even with a coupon the price I paid for the extra 3 qts. Is $11-$12 too high! 5 qtz in a jug is $30 add the 3 pack is $24 more. Valvoline uses oil from bulk that saves them and the environment because of less plastic jugs that end up in the landfill. But the new oil for my vehicle comes from the same barrel. But after 5 qts the price per quart jumps significantly to $12 each! No different container. DIY oil would cost $60 for 8 qts. $96 for the same amount from you! If I don't return it's because of pricing!”

Quick and efficient service, explained everything, and he even added some air to my tires when I mentioned the change oil light wasn’t on, just my tire pressure light ? great and quick experience there. The slightly longer drive for me is definitely worth it!”

When I started to freak out, Justin reassured me and sang me one of his favorite songs to make me feel better. Couldn’t have asked for a better attendant for this job! He went above and beyond- glad he’s a manager at this location. I will be coming back- hopefully smoother than this first trip here.”

“I’ve been bringing my 20-year-old Toyota to Ray at Peak Performance Auto Repair for the past 15 years, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Ray is always quick to get back to me, takes the time to explain anything he finds, and gives honest, straightforward advice about what my car really needs. More than once I thought I was facing a major repair, only to have Ray call and let me know it was actually a much smaller issue, something that shows just how much integrity he brings to his work. “Amazing service by such a kind mechanic! The woman who helped me was a complete joy and I can't wait to come back! This is one of the best valvolines I have been to but I do have ONE COMPLAINT:
There isn't a sign! This location has been here for over 5 years and they still don't have a sign for the road to let people know where to go. It's a very sma place, tucked away and the turn is slightly dangerous without knowing when it's coming up. There are trees and shrubs hiding the turn during the summer, which could cause accidents if people make last minute turns.
Was this by design or is this a simple oversight by corporate? Either way, this amazing store DESERVES its own Valvoline sign, especially after waiting for over 5 years!”

“The auto team absolutely saved me when I got a flat on a road trip and needed a whole new set of tires! They were incredibly helpful over the phone before I arrived, had the exact tires I needed in stock, and stayed late on a Friday to make sure that the new set was put on and that I could make it to my destination safely. I was in and out in 30 minutes!!”
“It all started at the beginning of March when I bought 4 tires (decent zr tires $68/each,) on Walmart.com. Liberty did the install…. That was a nightmare. A road hazard replacement later and Liberty was still acting out. So I went to Gladstone for that install… it was just as much of a headache but with different problems. Neither store did anything like the other and I was charged different prices for the same service. Sigh then I had to do another road hazard replacement. Boardwalk is closer to me so I figured what do I have to lose I could at least expect it to be different than the other two since no Walmart does anything the same, it’s like they all have their own policies.
I was right. It was completely different again. BUT… they actually took customer service and threw it at me. Hands down the auto center I will be returning to. They held my tire past the ten day mark since I had issues picking it up. Then at 7 mins to close when i show up for a road hazard swap ring up, didn’t even phase him. Bob was his name. A hard working multitasking customer service machine. Bob…. I had the busted civic wheel, you not only impressed me but you made sure I’d come back again. Thanks man for showing me that customer service isn’t dead.
And let’s touch on the policy aspect. I am well versed in the terms and conditions now for anything tire related at Walmart. Jake… bro you killed it. Made the ordering and swap out process easy and you quoted the right policies. I appreciate you guys, thanks again.”

He scheduled the repair, and the day of the repair my husband and I brought the car in and they got it fixed and back to us in record time.
