Ross Dress for Less offers the best brands and the latest fashions for family and home at great prices, typically 20% to 60% off department store prices. It is a good shopping spot for some unexpected finds and decent prices, with many shoppers reporting great prices and availabilities for needs like school clothes. Customers often find courteous and professionally kind employees both on the floor and at the register. However, the store can be challenging. Shoppers frequently trash the place, making it very difficult for employees to keep up, leaving stuff everywhere. The environment can feel like a dumpster fire, with issues like children loitering and causing disruptions. There are also criticisms of staffing, with reports of only one worker assisting a huge line while others do not help, leading to calls for the company to stop taking advantage of good workers. Additionally, customers strongly request that the store disclose all return policy details in full on the receipt or online to avoid confusion. Despite the chaos, the workers are acknowledged for doing their best, and it remains the Ross price point shoppers have grown accustomed to.
I went in to find sports bras, but no luck in my size. My husband found a pair of Levi's and Dockers for 13.00 each and a pair of True Luck Jeans that I thought were a pair of Silver brand jeans, they were just as nice, too for 22.00 so he lucked out.
