“Friendly staff with an excellent selection of clothing and gifts for your favorite sports fanatic. However, the store is too small for the amount of merchandise they carry. It's a second class store compared to the location in Lee's Summit where everything is neat and orderly and not over stocked.”

“We usually go to the Windsor at Oak Park Mall to shop for dresses for my daughter for school dances. That place is a nightmare! Clothes everywhere, no organization of any kind (size, color, nothing!) super messy and crowded. Last weekend we were in the area so we decided to pop in to this location at Independence Center. Holy cow! This location is so well organized and clean! The staff was helpful and cheerful. I was shocked at the difference in the two locations!! We definitely will be making the drive to this location from now on! Was there glitter on the floor….yes, but it’s literally filled with glitter covered dresses. Get over that.”

“I ordered some items that didn't fit and was worried I couldn't return them because I didn't seem to get an email receipt. The store was able to find my order by my phone number and last name and I had no trouble exchanging the items for something that fit. I got a refund for the difference.The hand soap in the bathroom smells kind of like Old Spice. 5 stars.”
