“I just brought my chevy trax from Enterprise recently. It was smooth process with Jordan Montgomery, but what I wish he had told me was that there was a little issues with the car. There was a book in the car and they are not reliable with calls and emails”

Who Was a extremely pleasant lady. The owner was straightforward and worked with us. And was professional and polite. No extra hidden fees Cost was cost, not an extra hidden $1000.
For taxes and fees. Going into this we were going to purchase an extended warranty because when purchasing a used vehicle you never know. She actually recommended the slightly cheaper price to us.Because we didn't need the most expensive one. Good good good things to say I will return.”
“Amazing service! This was the only car business that I visited to replace my 2013 Kia Soul. Car shopping is a PAIN, but Daniel, Phil, Julie, and Gigi made getting my "new" vehicle SO easy. “I did not purchase a car here, but only because the one I requested ended up not working for me. The whole experience was a pleasure. Isaac is a great, no pressure salesman who seemed very chill and I hope when I do decide on a car, I can get it from him. The website isn't that great, but it was pretty simple to find a car and free to have it shipped near me so I could test drive it with no strings attached. I enjoyed testing the car and this was such a simple process. Definitely wanting to find a car here now. Isaac has an enjoyable sense of humor and though I dislike shopping quite a bit, I really enjoyed this visit. I didn't know it could be so simple to look at cars. Other dealerships are doing it wrong. If you hate car salesmen, high pressure sales and/or endless contact from anyone in these two categories than I recommend looking here for your next vehicle.”

“I took my 2013 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ to Certifix Auto Repair to have my engine replaced, they replaced my engine that had over 200K with an engine with 57K. They did it within a very short time. They were meticulous and methodical with great attention to details to ensure that everything was in good working order. The vehicle runs good and I was given a 90 days warranty with a value price for all the repairs. At all time I was given courteous, credible, customer service.”

“This lot has lots of cars in the cheap price range Just picked up a 2012 fusion 3 months back with only 120k miles for $3k from courtesy cars in independence and it's been a gem. They were very honest and even let us take it back to my shop 25 min away to inspect it. It's always kind of a dice roll with cars in that price range but this lot seems honest and fair.”

“I would say 5 stars doesn't give this company enough justice. My husband and I both purchased vehicles from them a couple months apart and they were beyond honest, and provide the best customer service of any company I've experienced before. You can see they take pride in their work and will go above and beyond for their customers. I thought it was great they remembered us and treated us with great respect, explained things in terms I understood. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!”
