This was near 7 o clock on a Friday night. Even though the shop was closed, he came over and offered his help. He helped fix our problem and refused to take payment for it. He was incredibly friendly and we are gracious for his generosity.”

“Fantastic experience when things didn't go perfect. Test drove a car for an hour, which he got 2 days before. Everything was good and I bought the car. On the on-ramp the car had a misfire on one of the sparks. I came back immediately. Before he even plugged in the computer, he was fully open to returning my money or fixing the car. I felt zero pressure. I wish I could know a dealership would respond like this every time I buy a car. There is no better reassurance than dealing with someone who is fully honest in their business practices.”

Laid out every page of the carfax and let me know what quirks the used vehicle had as well as its strong suits. Ben was awesome at getting the paperwork done and the purchase process smooth. The manager, Josh was willing to work out an agreement about servicing the small quirks. They have been good positive people to work with and I am very happy with the truck I got!
