“This is now my go to shop. I took my older model car to multiple shops including the dealership and spent an insane amount of money trying to get this one problem fixed. I was literally at my wits end. Everytime i picked my car up the problem was still there. I researched various shops and decided to give this place a try. John who i believe is the owner explained everything to me and I felt confident in him. When i picked the car up i took it for a spin. It was finally fixed! I literally cried I was so relieved. “Ryan was my associate in the Independence, Mo store and he was phenomenal. He dealt with a slightly difficult third party to try and secure a warranty claim. Even though I was denied, I came back and purchased the tires needed outright. Ryan was a big part of my return.
